Commodore Performance
We tune Holden Commodore Generation 3 & 4 engines using the Australian developed vcm-suite tuning system in either maf or mafless depending on your budget & specific requirements. Example :-
- A maf 1 bar tune on a gen 3 engine costs $990
- A mafless 1 bar tune on a gen 3 engine costs $1150 plus a cold air intake, usually an Over The Radiator unless you want to spefically want to run the standard air box & location. A quality aluminium OTR cold air intake costs $695 fitted
- A maf 2 bar tune on a gen 3 engine with forced induction costs from $1200
- A mafless 2 bar tune on a gen 3 engine with forced induction costs from $1200. A OTR intake may or may not be required depending on the supercharger or turbocharger system being used
- A maf 1 bar tune on a VE Gen 4 engine costs $1150
- A mafless 1 bar tune on a VE gen 4 engine costs $1150, plus a OTR cold air intake as per the above example
- A maf 2 bar tune on a VE gen 4 engine costs from $1250
- A mafless 2 bar tune on a VE gen 4 engine costs $1400
- LS1 Camshaft package :- inc. performance camshaft to suit customer's requirements, matched valve spring set, & all labour to install components. Also, the before & after output is checked on the dyno, for a total cost of $2680. If an adjustable timing gear set is required (recommended on bigger cams for optimum performance), add an extra $528 total which includes dialling in the cam.
- CNC ported cylinder heads, inc. mls head gaskets, arp head bolts, & performance roller lifters (if required). If carried out at the same time as a cam change, the total cost is $4045. Ring for a accurate quote if perfomed as a stand alone job.
- Hand ported cylinder heads, cc chambers & mill to desired compression ratio, inc. all of the above components, & also carried out as above will cost $3455 total.
- Over The Radiator Cold Air Intakes available in plastic for $528 fitted or alloy for $695 fitted. A SS Inductions Growler kit costs $695 fitted, & intake pipe to exclude the maf (mafless tune)& connect to the original air box is $367 also fitted.
- New LS6 intake manifold to upgrade LS1 (+ 10kw top end) costs $655 part only.
